06.14.09Test images from my current camerasAs part of some experiments I'm running I snapped more or less the same image with all the cameras available to me today. The devices you see in the image above in addition to my 5D Mark II (that I used to snap that image...). Simply because I wanted to be able to compare some details. And my conclusion? 08.07.08Problems with USB charging of the iPhone 3GOK. So Apple ditched support for FireWire charging on the iPhone 3G. Stopping it from working properly with a lot of audio systems and car installations. FireWire support has been on its way out on the iPods for a long time and I guess Apple had to remove this feature at some point. Apple have a history of removing old technology pretty fast, but usually they have provided some kind of replacement. An external floppy drive when that was removed. 07.24.08Checking out the iPhone WordPress appJust a quick post to test this application on my iPhone. Maybe this will help me post more often? But right now I have to concentrate on the sunset in the image i have added. Snapped minutes ago at Solastranden on the western coast of Norway.
